• Relative conductivity 62% IACS (International Annealed Copper Standard)
• Resistivity 2.66×10-8Ωm (ohm meter) (99.9%Al);

2. Pure aluminum chemical properties

• The chemical activity of aluminum is extremely high, the standard electrode potential (-1.67 volts).
• Aluminum forms a 5-10nm thick Al2O3 protective film on the surface in the air, which is corrosion-resistant in the atmosphere.
• It has extremely high stability in concentrated nitric acid, and hardly reacts with organic acids and food.
• Unstable in sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, alkali and salt.

• light in mass
• Excellent electrical conductivity, heat transfer and plastic deformation properties
• Good corrosion resistance in the atmosphere
• Low strength is not suitable for structural materials
