●2014 aluminum heat treatment specification:
1) Homogenization annealing: heating at 475-490°C; holding for 12-14 hours; furnace cooling.
2) Recuit complet: heating at 350-400°C; en fonction de l'épaisseur effective du matériau, le temps de maintien est de 30 à 120 minutes;
Refroidir au four à une vitesse de 30-50°C/h à 300°C, puis refroidi à l'air.
3) Recuit rapide: heating at 350-460°C; holding time for 30-120min; refroidissement par air.
4) Trempe et vieillissement: quenching at 495-505°C, water cooling; natural aging at room temperature for 96h.
