1. Features and scope of application:

7××× aluminum alloy is another commonly used alloy with a wide variety. It contains zinc and magnesium. The strongest strength among common aluminum alloys
It is 7075 stop, but it cannot be welded, and its corrosion resistance is quite poor, and many parts manufactured by CNC cutting use
7075 stop. Zinc is the main alloying element in this series, and the addition of a small amount of magnesium alloy allows the material to be heat treated to achieve very high strength properties.
These series of materials are generally added with a small amount of alloys such as copper and chromium, among which the number 7075 aluminum alloy is especially top-grade, with the highest strength and suitable for aircraft structures.
Racks and high-strength accessories.
7075 is an Al-Zn-Mg-Cu super duralumin alloy, which was used in the aircraft manufacturing industry in the late 1940s and is still used in the aviation industry today.
Ultra-high strength wrought aluminum alloy widely used in the industry. Its characteristic is that it has good plasticity after solution treatment, and the strengthening effect of heat treatment is particularly good.
The following have high strength, and have particularly good low temperature strength; poor welding performance; tend to stress corrosion cracking; need to be covered with aluminum or other protective treatment
Reasonable use. Dual-stage aging can improve the alloy’s ability to resist stress corrosion cracking. The plasticity in the annealed and as-quenched state is slightly lower than that in the same state
2A12, slightly better than 7A04, the static fatigue of the plate is notch sensitive, and the stress corrosion performance is better than 7A04.
7××× aluminum-zinc alloys are widely used grades: 7075, 7A04 (LC4), 7A09 (LC9), 7A52, 7A05, itp.
