What are the temper of 1050 aluminum circle alloy?

Tempering of aluminum circles refers to the thermal or mechanical treatment of the material to obtain certain properties. It allows 1050 aluminium circle to obtain better product characteristics. Some common states of wafer 1050 aluminium circle include:
O state (annealed): This is the softest state of the aluminum disc.
H12, H14, H16, H18: These are cold work tempers, indicating varying degrees of strain hardening. H12 is softer than H14, and H18 is harder than H16.

1050 aluminum circle product types

Aluminum discs include common 1000 series discs and 3000 series aluminum discs according to alloys. There are also many types according to processing and production processes.

3000 series aluminum disc

3003 aluminum circle disc 3003 aluminum alloy is a commercial aluminum alloy disc with manganese as the main alloy element. It has excellent formability, corrosion resistance and moderate strength and is used in a wide range of applications. Typically used in cookware, lighting fixtures, signage and other applications where formability, corrosion resistance and economy are required.
3004 aluminum circle disc 3004 aluminum discs are discs or discs made of 3004 aluminum alloy, another commonly used aluminum alloy. Combining good formability, high strength and excellent corrosion resistance, these circles are often used in a variety of applications such as cookware, lampshades and reflective fixtures. They can be formed into different shapes and sizes using processes such as spinning, stamping or deep drawing, making them versatile.

1050 color coated aluminum disc

Color-coated aluminum discs, also known as color-coated aluminum circles, are discs or discs made of aluminum alloy and coated with one or more colors on the surface. This coating is usually applied through processes such as coil coating or painting.

Perforated aluminum circle disc

Punched aluminum discs refer to circular aluminum discs or discs that have been punched. Production uses punches and dies to cut or punch holes, shapes or patterns in aluminum materials.

Perforated aluminum circles are commonly used in various applications requiring ventilation, filtration or decorative purposes. Some common applications include use in HVAC systems, speaker grilles, and vents to allow air to pass through while providing protection. Perforated aluminum pans can be used to decorate architectural elements such as panels, screens or facades to create visually appealing designs or patterns.

1050 CC DC aluminum circles process

“1050 CC DC aluminum round” can usually be processed using continuous casting (CC) or direct chill (DC) casting methods.

Aluminum disc continuous casting (CC): In this method, molten aluminum is continuously poured into a water-cooled mold where it solidifies into a semi-finished product such as a billet or slab. The semi-finished product is then further processed, often through hot rolling, to produce thinner gauge aluminum coil or plate. These rolls or sheets can then be stamped or cut into rounds to form aluminum discs.

Aluminum disc Direct Chill (DC) Casting: In this method, molten aluminum is poured into a water-cooled mold where it solidifies into a billet. The blank is then gradually cooled and extruded through a die to produce aluminum rods or profiles. These bars or profiles can be further processed into aluminum rounds through processes such as cutting or stamping.

Both CC and DC casting methods can be used to produce 1050 aluminum alloy aluminum rounds. Due to their excellent formability, corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity, these circles are commonly used in a variety of applications such as cookware, lighting fixtures, signage and other industrial applications.
